Mike Rosen is the CEO of Fortify Restoration, an Osceola Capital portfolio company dedicated to protecting and restoring what matters most to homeowners and communities. An entrepreneurial leader with a track record of scaling blue-collar, skilled trades businesses, Mike thrives at the intersection of job sites and boardrooms. Before joining Fortify, he was CEO of Let’s Pave, where he grew the company from the ground up into a private-equity backed success, launching complementary ventures like Let’s Roof that achieved eight-figure revenues in their first year. He is also the founder of The Blue Collar Evangelist, a platform advocating for and investing in the essential trades that keep America running. Mike brings a people-first philosophy to Fortify. He believes great companies are built by empowering great people, fostering a culture where safety, trust, and quality are non-negotiable. Outside of work, he is a proud husband and father of three, an active YPO member, and a supporter of causes serving the neurodiverse community.
