Our work carries the reputation of decades of trust. Teams approach every project with honesty, craftsmanship, and respect for the legacy we’re building on.
Leadership visibility defines how we operate — nothing moves forward without clear ownership and follow-through. Field and office teams are accountable to both each other and the client.
Safety, documentation, and quality control guide every decision. Our teams uphold rigorous standards to protect both people and property while ensuring consistent workmanship.
We put people first by building a safe, respectful workplace where our teammates are proud of the work they do, careers can grow, and teams want to stay. We lead with integrity, invest in development, and create an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and valued for the long term.
Every project strengthens our systems, training, and culture. We’re committed to learning, adapting, and improving how we deliver excellence as we scale.
Fortify integrates directly with structural engineers from the start — aligning scopes, clarifying deficiencies, and resolving details early. This reduces rework, accelerates approvals, and supports clean sign-offs during SB-4D and SIRS processes. Our coordinated approach keeps restoration aligned with the engineer’s intention and protects certification timelines.
Our teams follow strict OSHA, SB-4D, Chapter 558, and local code requirements across every phase of work. Field supervision, documentation, and quality testing ensure that repairs meet inspection standards and withstand review. By prioritizing safety protocols and compliance checkpoints, we minimize owner risk and deliver predictable inspection outcomes.
Restoration work is complex — but it shouldn’t feel chaotic. Fortify uses structured reporting, milestone tracking, daily field oversight, and disciplined sequencing to keep projects moving. Owners, boards, and engineers receive clear timelines, documented progress, and transparent adjustments, ensuring every step stays on schedule.
No surprises. No gaps. No guesswork. Clients receive consistent updates, daily jobsite photos, and direct access to leadership for fast decisions and real-time visibility. Whether coordinating with engineers, property managers, or multi-building boards, Fortify makes communication simple, proactive, and predictable.
We don’t just repair what failed — we strengthen the systems that remain. Every scope is designed for lifecycle performance, durability, serviceability, and future compatibility with recommended maintenance or follow-on restoration. The result is reduced long-term cost, extended building lifespan, and stronger protection for owners and communities.

We begin by understanding your property’s condition, inspection status, and project constraints. Our team reviews any existing reports and timelines, clarifies access or safety considerations, and establishes communication protocols. If you need a structural engineer, we connect you with trusted professionals experienced in restoration, recertification, and code-driven repair planning—ensuring the building is evaluated accurately and in alignment with local requirements.
A licensed structural engineer performs a full evaluation of the building’s structure and envelope, including concrete, waterproofing, façade components, and accessible roofing areas. They document active deterioration, latent issues, non-compliant conditions, and any risks affecting safety or recertification. Their findings form the technical foundation for a clear, compliant, and prioritized restoration plan.
Using the inspection findings, the engineer develops a detailed repair scope that includes written specifications, drawings, quantities, and sequencing recommendations. The plan also outlines budget ranges, permitting needs, and documentation required for city approval or board authorization. This scope becomes the basis for competitive bidding and predictable project planning.
Once the repair plan is approved, Fortify mobilizes certified crews and executes the work exactly as specified—without deviations. We manage safety, access, staging, and daily documentation to protect residents and maintain schedule certainty. Through disciplined oversight, transparent reporting, and code-aligned workmanship, we complete the restoration with minimal disruption and long-term structural performance as the priority.
Every scope begins with detailed assessment and engineered alignment.
Proven systems and materials backed by certified warranties.
Predictable delivery, transparent reporting, and measurable results.
