Mike Rosen is the CEO of Fortify Restoration, an Osceola Capital portfolio company and parent of GC Restoration. He is passionate about scaling blue-collar businesses that protect and restore communities through safety, trust, and operational excellence. Mike brings a hands-on leadership style, equally comfortable on job sites or in boardrooms, and has led multiple businesses through significant growth by expanding service lines, professionalizing operations, and creating cultures where people and results thrive.
Candace Debo
Chief Financial Officer
Candace Debo is the Chief Financial Officer of Fortify Restoration, bringing more than two decades of financial leadership in the construction industry. She joins Fortify from InPwr Inc., where she served as CFO, leading this business through a transformational growth period. Previously, Candace spent nearly eighteen years at Zachry Group, rising from cost accountant to Senior Director of Financial Accounting at one of the largest industrial construction organizations in the country. Candace is known for keeping finance and operations in lockstep, giving project teams the data they need to make decisions in real time rather than after the fact. Her experience spans financial planning and analysis, cost control, acquisitions, and building the financial systems that let high-growth businesses scale without losing discipline. She holds dual degrees in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma. At Fortify Restoration, Candace leads finance and accounting across the platform.
Robin Woods
Director of Operations and Integration
Robin Woods, a people-first leader, is an execution-focused operator with more than a decade of experience leading field operations, jobsite performance, and large-scale construction teams across roofing, waterproofing, and multifamily development. Known for her ability to drive successfully project execution and build disciplined, safety-first operating cultures, she brings deep field credibility paired with boardroom-level strategic training. Robin has managed portfolios exceeding $60M, led teams of 100+ tradespeople and superintendents, and driven measurable improvements in quality, cost efficiency, and workflow reliability. Her leadership experience spans senior roles at Lennar, Tecta America, the Minto Group, and Cemplex Group, where she most recently oversaw branch operations and P&L performance. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and multiple OSHA certifications. At Fortify Restoration, Robin leads Operations and Integration, strengthening execution, safety, and scalability as the platform expands across Florida and the Southeast.
Tara Cole, SHRM-CP
Director of Human Resources
Tara Cole, SHRM-CP, serves as Director of Human Resources at Fortify Restoration, bringing nearly two decades of human resources and people operations experience in Florida’s construction industry. She leads Fortify’s people functions and is focused on building the HR infrastructure needed to support the company’s growing, field-based workforce. Throughout her career, Tara has led HR operations spanning recruitment, payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, safety, compliance, and risk management. She has experience building HR functions from the ground up and scaling them alongside growing construction organizations. Tara is the 2026 President of the National Women in Roofing Tampa Council and is active with the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association and SHRM. She holds the SHRM-CP designation, a SHRM Specialty Credential in Compensation and Benefits, and a Human Resources Management certification from the University of South Florida.

Sean Paulus is Director of Strategic Finance at Fortify Restoration, where he leads financial planning and analysis and the analytical work behind the platform’s growth and acquisition strategy. He came to Fortify from Osceola Capital, where he spent three years evaluating and supporting investments across services businesses. Before that he was an investment banking analyst at Truist Securities in Atlanta and began his career in PwC’s financial markets practice in Chicago. That background gives him an uncommon combination for a platform at this stage: the investor’s view of what creates value and the operator’s view of what it takes to execute. Sean believes the finance function earns its keep by making other leaders better. He works directly with Division Presidents and operating leaders to put clear, timely information in their hands. Sean holds a Master of Science in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a BSBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisville.

Division President
Justin leads Beach Contracting and supports Fortify’s continued growth, client relationships, and restoration capabilities across South Florida. Justin recently celebrated his 20th anniversary of receiving his Florida CGC license and has been in this industry for nearly 25-years. His experience and expertise include attracting and developing the team and the successful execution of many high-profile projects, which have become increasingly more demanding following SB-4 legislation. Key to Justin’s decision to join Fortify Restoration was the opportunity to partner with a strong foundation that allows him to spend more time with customers, engineers, and most importantly, building a strong culture. Outside of work, Justin enjoys many hobbies, such as piloting his helicopter. Justin is married and has four children, which keep him young!
Philip Bonabi
Division President
Philip leads Beaches Construction and its growth across Northwest Florida, bringing regional experience, planning, and hands-on project oversight to the Fortify platform. Philip Bonabi earned his degree from Middle Tennessee State University and has spent his career managing complex projects across a variety of industries. His experience includes ground-up facilities, major additions, occupied renovations, tenant improvements, infrastructure upgrades, and highly technical healthcare environments requiring meticulous planning and execution. Today, his expertise spans every phase of construction—from preconstruction planning and budgeting through project management, quality control, scheduling, and successful project delivery. Under Philip’s leadership, this office has earned a reputation for successfully delivering technically demanding projects where experience, financial strength, and disciplined execution are paramount. The company’s portfolio includes high-rise structural restoration, concrete rehabilitation, waterproofing systems, marine structures, commercial renovations, and capital improvement programs for condominiums, municipalities, healthcare facilities, and private owners. Outside of work, Philip is married and has two children.

Jorge has spent nearly two decades helping build GC Restoration into a respected leader in concrete restoration in Southeast Florida. In addition to overseeing the company’s licensed operations, Jorge personally holds a roofing license, expanding the firm’s expertise. His leadership spans estimating, operations, and business development, where he works closely with engineers, property managers, and boards to deliver high-quality results. Jorge is highly engaged in strategic planning, sales presentations, and client partnerships while remaining grounded in the field. His ability to bridge technical knowledge with client trust has been central to GC Restoration’s success.
Maria Cabada
Legacy & Founding Partner
Maria, with degrees in building construction and business management, is the Founder of GC Restoration and the company’s licensed General Contractor and qualifier. With more than 35 years of experience as a building manager, Maria developed an extensive knowledge of condominium operations, property laws, and the unique needs of South Florida communities. As founder, she helped establish GC Restoration’s strong reputation for compliance, trust, and professionalism. Her guidance and leadership laid the groundwork for the company’s growth into a respected restoration contractor.
