Tim Evans

Project Manager

Tim has spent his career on commercial job sites and in facilities management, working hands-on with the trades that keep buildings running. His Class A Contractor’s license, master electrical and plumbing credentials, and HVAC-R training give him an unusually complete picture of how a building works and what it takes to keep a project safe, on schedule, and on budget for the owners and managers counting on it.
