12 Feb Fortify Uncorked: An Evening of Connection, Collaboration, and Celebration
On February 9, 2026, Fortify Restoration welcomed clients, partners, and industry peers to Fortify Uncorked, an evening hosted at Maple & Ash in Miami. The event brought together leaders from across South Florida’s restoration, property management, engineering, and construction communities for a guided wine and champagne experience designed to foster meaningful connection beyond the jobsite.
From the moment guests arrived at the intimate second-floor venue, the tone was set for a night centered on conversation, shared perspective, and appreciation. Maple & Ash provided a distinctive backdrop—warm lighting, curated selections, and a setting that encouraged dialogue and collaboration. The event ran from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., offering the perfect midweek opportunity to pause, connect, and strengthen relationships.
The guided tasting experience was led by Marcus Ginyard and Philippe André, who brought years of expertise in shaping memorable wine and champagne journeys. Their thoughtful approach balanced depth of knowledge with accessibility, creating an environment where guests could both learn and engage comfortably. Over the course of the evening, attendees explored exceptional selections while exchanging ideas and experiences that continue to shape the restoration industry throughout South Florida.
Beyond the tasting itself, Fortify Uncorked represented something larger. As Fortify Restoration continues to grow, the company remains committed to building strong partnerships rooted in trust, clarity, and shared standards of excellence. Events like this reflect that philosophy. They create space to connect in person, align on priorities, and reinforce the relationships that drive successful projects.
The evening also provided an opportunity to officially welcome Gisele Saygi to the Fortify Restoration team as part of the Business Development group. Gisele brings a strong commitment to relationship-building, collaboration, and client service. She works closely with owners, engineers, and partners to ensure clarity, alignment, and confidence throughout complex restoration projects. Introducing her to clients and industry colleagues in person underscored Fortify’s belief that growth starts with people.
The response to the event was overwhelmingly positive. The room was filled with thoughtful conversations, new introductions, and renewed partnerships. From long-standing collaborators to new connections, guests shared insights about ongoing projects, evolving building requirements, and the future of structural restoration in Florida’s demanding environment.
Fortify Restoration would like to extend sincere thanks to everyone who joined us for this memorable evening. Your time, perspective, and continued trust mean a great deal to our team. The relationships strengthened during Fortify Uncorked reflect the collaborative spirit that defines our work across the state.
If you were unable to attend, we look forward to welcoming you at a future event and continuing the conversation. Fortify Uncorked was just one of many opportunities we plan to create in the months ahead—opportunities to bring our community together, share knowledge, and reinforce the partnerships that help us protect and restore the structures entrusted to us.
As Fortify Restoration continues to grow, evenings like this remind us that while projects build structures, relationships build lasting success.
