This Multi-Million dollar restoration project, located in the exclusive Bal Harbour area of Miami, Florida, demonstrates the company’s expertise in high-end hospitality renovations, with planning for an additional $10M+ of 2026 work underway. The project encompasses comprehensive building envelope repairs and improvements designed to protect and enhance this iconic resort destination.
Over the course of ten months, our highly trained team executed a complex scope of work addressing critical infrastructure needs throughout the property. Self performance was a driving factor in the success of this project, which included edge and deck repairs, complete waterproofing systems, fresh painting applications, structural stucco repairs, and a $1M roofing project on the Penthouse level. Additionally, the team managed post-tensioned cable maintenance, window and door sealant replacement, and specialized roofing applications using Sika Roof Pro and Kynard liquid paint systems. The company served as general contractor, utilizing W2 labor for primary work while subcontracting specialized epoxy floor coating installations. Working within an operational luxury resort required meticulous coordination to minimize guest disruption while maintaining the Ritz Carlton’s exacting standards.
