In an industry where conversations often happen at scale, there is value in creating space for a smaller, more focused exchange.

Fortify Restoration recently hosted the first 12 Seat Leadership Table, an invite-only gathering designed to bring together a select group of industry leaders in a more intentional setting.

The concept was simple. Create a space where meaningful conversations can take place among professionals who are actively shaping the built environment. With a limited number of seats, the format allows for thoughtful dialogue, shared experiences, and a stronger level of connection than what is typically found at larger events.

The evening was held at the Omni Fort Lauderdale, where participants gathered in an intimate setting that encouraged open discussion. Conversations centered around the responsibilities that come with managing and maintaining properties, as well as the importance of collaboration across ownership, engineering, and construction teams.

This first gathering was made possible through the collaboration of our table partners, including Ball Janik LLP, Capital Contractors, Dynaserv, K7 Design, and USI Insurance Services, whose support helped bring together a strong group of professionals. Their participation reflects a shared interest in creating opportunities for more direct engagement within the industry.

What stood out most was the quality of the discussion and the willingness of those at the table to share perspectives in a candid and constructive way. The format allowed for a level of exchange that is not often achieved in more traditional settings.

This event marks the beginning of an ongoing series. The 12 Seat Leadership Table will continue to serve as a forum for connection, conversation, and collaboration among industry leaders.
