Seasoned North Florida construction executive to lead Fortify’s Panhandle operations and regional growth
Fortify Restoration, a Florida-based concrete restoration, waterproofing, roofing, and building envelope contractor backed by Osceola Capital Management, today announced the appointment of Chad Smith as President of its Northwest Florida Division. Chad will lead Fortify’s operations across the Florida Panhandle, with responsibility for project delivery, client relationships, and growth in the region.
Chad has a strong reputation for leading the successful completion of numerous projects across the region, building a track record grounded in quality, accountability, and honesty with clients and partners. He is known for cultivating strong, lasting relationships with owners, stakeholders, and industry partners, and for a strategic, collaborative approach that has consistently driven project success.
