05 Nov Fortify Restoration Welcomes Jessica ‘Jess’ Felton as Controller
Finance and accounting leader joins to strengthen the financial foundation behind Fortify’s growth.
Fortify Restoration, a Florida-based concrete restoration, waterproofing, roofing, and building envelope contractor backed by Osceola Capital Management, announced that Jess Felton has joined the company as Controller. Based at Fortify’s corporate headquarters in Tampa, Jess reports to Chief Financial Officer Candace Debo and will oversee the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and close process.
Jess brings more than 16 years of experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, cash management, and operational finance across service and manufacturing businesses. Most recently, as Corporate Controller for a Tampa-based pool service provider, she managed all accounting functions, enhanced cash planning through forecasting tools, led the transition to a new accounting ERP, and introduced process changes that improved collections and receivables. Before that, she spent nearly six years with one of the nation’s largest waste management companies, first as Assistant Division Controller and then as Business Unit Finance Manager, where she led budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for her markets. Earlier in her career, she served as Plant Controller for a packaging manufacturer, where she began her financial collaboration with operations teams.

At Fortify, Jess will help build the financial processes, reporting, and controls needed to support a growing, multi-market business, working closely with operations and field leaders to give them the information they need to run their projects well. “After some time off, I was ready for a new chapter, and Fortify felt like the right place to start it,” said Jess. “I have always enjoyed working side by side with the teams doing the work, and I am excited to dive into the restoration world and help build a strong foundation for where this company is headed.”
Jess holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Shippensburg University and is experienced with SAP and Acumatica.
Jess joins a growing finance team led by CFO Candace Debo as Fortify continues to build the people and infrastructure needed to support its organic and buy-and-build strategy across Florida.
