13 May Fortify Restoration Continues Statewide Growth with Beaches Construction Partnership
Fortify Restoration is proud to announce the acquisition of Beaches Construction, a respected restoration contractor headquartered in Panama City Beach, Florida. The partnership expands Fortify’s presence in the Florida Panhandle while also extending the company’s reach into the Jacksonville and Tampa markets, further strengthening Fortify’s ability to serve coastal communities throughout the state.
This marks Fortify’s third acquisition since the company’s launch in 2025 and continues the company’s growth across Florida’s condominium, hospitality, and commercial restoration markets. Following the additions of GC Restoration and Beach Contracting, the partnership with Beaches Construction represents another step in building a restoration platform focused on trusted local relationships, operational strength, and long-term community support.
Founded in 1999, Beaches Construction has built a strong reputation for concrete restoration, painting, waterproofing, and exterior renovations for high-rise condominiums, hotels, and commercial buildings throughout the Florida Panhandle. Under the leadership of Philip Bonabi, the company has become known for quality execution and dependable service across several growing coastal markets.
“We’re incredibly excited about what this partnership means for our employees, customers, and the communities we serve,” said Mike Rosen, Chief Executive Officer of Fortify Restoration. “Beaches Construction has built a strong culture and reputation for delivering high-quality service, and we’re proud to welcome their team to Fortify. Together, we believe we can deliver even greater capabilities and responsiveness to customers across Florida.”
The acquisition significantly expands Fortify’s footprint in restoring and maintaining coastal buildings throughout the state. From South Florida through the Gulf Coast and into the Panhandle, Fortify continues to grow its presence in communities where long-term building performance, storm preparedness, and structural resilience remain critical priorities.
Osceola Capital, Fortify’s investment partner, also noted that the acquisition represents another important step in Fortify’s continued statewide expansion and long-term growth strategy across the Southeast restoration market.
At Fortify, growth is centered on partnership. Our goal remains to bring together strong teams that understand their communities, care about the client experience, and take pride in the work they deliver every day.
We are excited to welcome Philip Bonabi and the entire Beaches Construction team to Fortify and look forward to working together to continue protecting and restoring the communities we serve across Florida.
