22 Jul Fortify Restoration Expands Its Commitment to Florida’s Condominium Communities
Fortify Restoration is proud to continue expanding its involvement in the organizations that support Florida’s condominium communities. Following our membership in the Brickell Homeowners Association (BHA) earlier this year, we are pleased to announce that Fortify has also joined the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) Southeast Florida Chapter.
While each organization serves a different purpose, both play an important role in strengthening the condominium industry and reflect our commitment to helping communities remain safe, resilient, and well-maintained.
The Brickell Homeowners Association brings together condominium boards, residents, property managers, businesses, and community leaders with a shared focus on improving the quality of life throughout one of South Florida’s most active residential neighborhoods. As a structural restoration contractor serving condominium communities across the region, Fortify values the opportunity to build relationships with the people responsible for preserving these properties and supporting the communities that call them home.
ICRI takes a different approach, focusing on the technical side of concrete repair, restoration, and protection. Its membership includes contractors, engineers, manufacturers, consultants, and other industry professionals dedicated to advancing restoration practices through education, collaboration, and the exchange of technical knowledge. Participating in ICRI allows our team to remain engaged with evolving restoration methods while continuing to deliver solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and safety.
Together, these organizations represent two essential parts of our industry. One strengthens the relationships and partnerships that help condominium communities thrive. The other advances the technical expertise that makes restoration projects more effective and durable. Fortify is proud to be involved in both because delivering successful projects requires more than construction expertise. It requires staying connected to the people, knowledge, and organizations shaping the future of our industry.
These memberships reflect Fortify’s commitment to being an active participant in the future of Florida’s condominium industry. The work doesn’t stop when a project is complete. Staying engaged with the organizations that influence best practices, technical standards, and the challenges facing condominium communities allows us to bring greater value to every client we serve.
Florida’s condominium market continues to evolve as buildings age, regulations change, and owners face increasingly complex restoration decisions. Success depends on experienced professionals who stay connected to the conversations shaping the industry. Through organizations like BHA and ICRI, Fortify remains engaged with the people and ideas helping move those conversations forward.
We look forward to building new relationships within both organizations and contributing wherever we can. If you’re a member of the Brickell Homeowners Association or the ICRI Southeast Florida Chapter, we’d welcome the opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and explore how we can help strengthen the communities we all serve.
