Our team approached the project by investing significant time in preconstruction planning, carefully coordinating manpower, equipment deliveries, material shipments, and daily access to the property. The construction scope included extensive concrete restoration throughout the property, waterproofing, and exterior painting. We also installed a complete epoxy floor coating system within the parking garage, providing a durable, high-quality finished surface appropriate for the demanding environment.
